Chad Duford is a certified physician assistant specializing in family medicine. Chad is originally from West Jordan, UT. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.  He then earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Touro University in Henderson, Nevada.  As a physician assistant, Chad has experience working in Primary Care as a state employee and as an Urgent Care Provider for the University of Utah.  He also has experience in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, specifically working in pain management.  Chad cares for both new and returning patients.  When not working, Chad enjoys spending time with family, playing sports, enjoying the outdoors, and volunteering in his community and church.
