Bryan Nelson is from Ventura, CA and moved to Utah in 2018. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Cal State University Northridge in 2005 and went on to earn his Masters’s Degree in 2007 from Midwestern University Physician Assistant Program in Glendale, AZ.  As a physician assistant, he has worked in Family Practice, Emergency Medicine, and Orthopedic Surgery. He currently works as a faculty member at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in their Physician Assistant program in Provo, Utah where he earned a doctoral degree in 2020 with an emphasis in higher education.

He believes in helping patients understand their own health conditions, and in helping them improve their lives through healthy living and overall wellness. Over his career, he has taken an interest in family medicine, wilderness medicine, and musculoskeletal conditions.

When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family in the outdoors, hiking, and cycling.
