Sarah lives in Saratoga Springs with her daughter and dogs. She attended Dixie State University and later transferred to Weber State University in Utah where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. From there she worked as a Registered Nurse for over 17 years in various departments including addiction and psychiatric medicine, surgical services and the emergency department.

 

She then returned to school at USU San Diego to complete her master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

 

Sarah is passionate about mental health and functional medicine and loves researching evidence based medicine. She loves incorporating the WHOLE patient. When she’s not working you can find her traveling, hiking or at your local Target.
