Through her visits, she became passionate about medicine and knew that it was the right career for her. She chose Family Medicine as her specialty because it allows her to build trust, establish relationships with her patients, and take care of them in meaningful ways.
When she’s not caring for her patients, Leah loves to get outside with her family, read many different books, and travel internationally. She is passionate about serving the LGBTQ+ community and advocates on their behalf for fair, supportive policies and healthcare initiatives.
