Micheala is a hard-working therapy practitioner who’s driven to improve her patients’ lives with caring and high-quality support. With a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Denver, Micheala specializes in mental health and trauma and has worked in multiple settings including school districts, outpatient, and residential settings. She is passionate about practicing mindfulness and sharing the benefits of regularly practicing mindfulness with her patients as part of their personal growth journeys.  In her spare time, Micheala enjoys painting and working out to help her stay centered and focused.
