Meet Jill Bergeson, MD – Family Medicine

Jill Bergeson-Barkdull, MD, was born and raised in Provo, Utah, one of our home-grown leaders in medicine. After graduating from Brigham Young University in 1996, she attended medical school at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland (2002). She completed her Family Medicine Internship at Georgetown University (2003), and Residency at the University of Utah (2006). She and her husband then spent years traveling the world with the Army, spending time in Maryland, Virginia, Utah, and Hawaii.

Dr. Bergeson works at the Pleasant Grove location. She enjoys all aspects of family medicine including geriatric and adult medicine, pediatrics, and women’s health. She and her husband, Dr. Thad Barkdull, are the parents of four daughters and one son and spend their free time raising their family. When not doctoring and mothering, Jill enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
