Emma Lounsbury, AMFT

Emma offers a compassionate, nonjudgemental therapeutic style with a unique family system lens. At the heart of her work is a commitment to empowering individuals to access their inherent capacity for growth, resilience, and change. She earned her Bachelor’s in Marriage and Family Studies from BYU-Idaho and her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from UNLV. She works with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan with a focus on anxiety, depression, parent-child therapy, premarital and marital counseling, family dysfunction, and more. Drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities, her approach allows for tailored sessions based on patient needs, goals, and learning styles. Outside of work, you’ll find Emma on the pickleball courts, hiking local trails, going for a run, or songwriting.
