Doctor of Nursing

Beth was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV and now resides in Saratoga Springs, Utah. She has been in the healthcare industry for over 25 years. During her time as a Registered Nurse, she earned a master’s degree in Nursing Education. She currently works as a Professor of Nursing at Roseman University of Health Sciences in South Jordan, Utah. She went on to obtain a second master’s degree as a board-certified family nurse practitioner while earning a concurrent research doctorate as a Doctor of Nursing practice. She has served as a content expert for other students obtaining a Doctor of Nursing practice degree. Beth has done extensive research on medical cannabis and is a champion for patient advocacy here in Utah. She has had the honor of presenting her research to other health practitioners at various medical conferences.

Beth’s experience as a nurse practitioner includes emergency/acute care and family practice. She is a Qualified Medical Provider (QMP) in the State of Utah, assisting patients and families in medical cannabis safety and education. Beth is also a certified master aesthetics injector. Her true love is urgent care medicine. Beth’s philosophy and goal is to provide compassionate, competent care to patients with both acute and chronic conditions using traditional and holistic medicine modalities.

When she’s not working, Beth enjoys spending time with family, reading, camping, among other things. She is absolutely in love with the sport of boxing and has her very own boxing gym in her home.
